  Customers receive automatic citation notification which alerts them to an outstanding citation. These alerts can be manged through US Postal Service letters or by email for registered users. Delinquent notifications can also be automated for USPS or email delilvery

• Second, customers can resolve outstanding citations by making payments online.
  Sling Parking manages the entire e-commerce process and can support multiple payment methods, including credit card and direct bank account debit (ACH). Online payment is fast, simple and most customers prefer it. However, over the counter payments are simple too, and those payments are seamlessly integrated with Sling Parking's online reporting.
